[Mne_analysis] Noise cancellation and time frequency analysis algorithms

Hi MNE,

I'm acquainted with coding in C, Matlab, and Python. But I don't have any
proficiency understanding the (EEG) data analysis steps.
Could you please tell me where to start reading from if I'm to do coding
noise cancellation and time frequency analysis algorithms in Python scripts.
