[Mne_analysis] Functional connectivity resting state EEG

Hi guys,
I have some eyes-closed resting state data. I would like to do a graph
analysis and a minimum spanning tree analysis using MNE.
Which is the best procedure in this case to remove artifacts? How can I
remove bad segments from the raw data and then build the epochs on the
remaining good data?
