Hi!
Yes, it depends on which function you use, but usually there is a reject_by_annotation parameter that you should set to False.

Subject: [Mne_analysis] Bad epochs
External Email - Use Caution
Hi!
When creating epochs, MNE sometimes drops epochs as 'bad' by default. Is there any way to avoid this, keeping all epochs, even the ones that MNE considers too noisy?
Best,
Karin
