[Mne_analysis] Rereferencing EEG

Hi!
I'm trying to create a bipolar montage using 21 electrodes using
set_bipolar_reference. However, MNE gives me the error that (ie)
"Channel(s) EEG020, EEG013 not found, nothing dropped" even though these
channels do exist (and contain raw data). How come I get this error?
