[Mne_analysis] n_jobs on windows

Hi Alex,

I have 32768MB RAM on my machine, I don't think it's an issue. When I set
n_jobs = 2, python freezes, and I have to kill the process (see attached
screen capture).

nothing happens, seems to block the execution of everything (see capture).
