[Mne_analysis] How to install mne-python in ubuntu 14.0 after installing conda environment

Dear MNE-analysis-group,

        I'm currently using Ubuntu 14.0, and have installed conda
environment. But how to install mne-python thereafter in ubuntu 14.0.
I'm using the following command:
$conda install scipy matplotlib scikit-learn mayavi jupyter spyder
$pip install PySurfer mne
But, it's not working. Please, guide me how to proceed hereafter.
