[Mne_analysis] Skull surface editing

Hi everyone,
I am hitting a few rogue cases where skull surfaces from
mri_make_bem_surfaces extend into neck, eyes, and across other surfaces. Is
there a fix for these issues akin to e.g., preeflood argument in the
Freesurfer watershed algorithm? Or are manual edits the only option? and if
so what volume needs to be edited?
