[Mne_analysis] mne coreg

Hi Annalisa, 

There seems to be an order for doing things in mne coreg that will unlock the fit buttons. I have found that, for whatever reason, loading the digitization source first, then selecting the MRI and fiducials, seems to work. I’m not sure if that quirk is unique to my set up, but something to try if you haven’t already.
