[Mne_analysis] mne_read_float error

        External Email - Use Caution        

I am trying to execute mne_setup_source_space and I am getting the error:
mne_read_float could not read data
Source space creation failed
I confirmed that I have mne setup correctly and that I have plenty of
diskspace that I have permission to read and write. I setup both MNE and
Freesurfer environment variables. I successfully ran mne_setup_mri but now
cannot run mne_setup_source_space.
