[Mne_analysis] How to extract single trial phase lock value?

Hi all,
    I read one paper that mentioned they used complex morlet wavelet
analysis to extract single-trial phase lock value, I do not know how to
extract single-trial phase lock value in MNE, The tfr_morlet only return
power and ITC (averaged). Does anyone know how to do this?
