[Mne_analysis] Subcortical divide parcellation

Dear Huifang,
We are testing scripts to load cortical meshes and subcortical volumes from Brainvisa (MarsAtlas) into mne-python. The subcortical volumes are those generated by freesurfer.
The code is not ready yet, but we can share some preliminary scripts if you wish.
