[Mne_analysis] Little side packages

Hi MNE users,

sometimes I want to do some analysis that is not implemented in MNE-Python yet, 
leading to a collection of little side packages that do some specific thing. 
Maybe they are useful for someone else as well:

Microstate analysis:
