[Mne_analysis] Question about "mne.read_annotations"

Dear MNEer,
       When I used the command *mne.read_annotations* to read a csv file. I
did not know why the annotations.onset were all equal to 0. And
*annotation.duration* and *annotation.description* worked well. Here are
the screenshots of csv file and annotation.onset print.
