Hi Amir,

In order to test the interaction term you could probably just run a 3-way ANOVA (3 groups) on the post-pre difference. If you are interested in the mixed ANOVA, it should be possible in Eelbrain (https://eelbrain.readthedocs.io/en/stable/reference.html#module-testnd <https://eelbrain.readthedocs.io/en/stable/reference.html#module-testnd>) let me know if you want to try that and need help getting your data in the right format.
