[Mne_analysis] specific montage

[Alexandre Gramfort]

        External Email - Use Caution        

MEG channels are defined by integration points with locations and
orientations.
MNE uses coil_def.dat file to define such things and then chs loc key in
python
tells you how to rotate and translate each coil to have it in 3D.

it's not just a channel file.
