[Mne_analysis] Error with reading bdf

Hi all,
       When I used the command *mne.io.read_raw_bdf* to read a bdf file,
there is an error "*IndexError: index 20 is out of bounds for axis 0 with
size 19*". Does anyone know how to fix this?  I attached the sample file.
