[Mne_analysis] read_raw_ctf and compensation grade error

Dear mne users and experts,

I am trying to upload in mne MEG ctf data that where analyzed before on another software.

When I simply run read_raw_ctf, I get this error:
RuntimeError: Reference magnetometer channel with non-zero compensation grade 1

Why can’t the data be loaded in mne with a compensation on ref channels?
This was done on purpose by my collegue during data acquisition, so it’s not an error. Also, if I want to change that, I have to load the data first.
