[Mne_analysis] Pyvista foreground bug

Dear developers

Thanks for a terrific graphical update (pyvista stc plots)

One small bug - when changing the background to 'white' and foreground 
to 'black', text is not formatted accordingly (works as intended in 
mayavi) (see images below)
