[Mne_analysis] how to re-epoch Epoch data

Hi all, 


Now I have long epoch data and I want to segment it every 2 seconds. 
I know mne.make_fixed_length_events can make equally-spaced Events arrays but only fit for Raw data.
Are there any other method in MNE can do this?
