[Mne_analysis] about ica.components

hello,
     The question is that if i use ica.plot_components(), python would give me this pcture().
     And python would report an error   (Failed to open file b'C:\\Users\\\xe6\x9d\x8e\xe5\xae\xb6\xe5\xa3\xb0\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\scipy-92t80ndy').
     I want to know how to solve this problem and looking forward to your reply.    Thank you
