Dear all,

Frites is a Python package for information theoretical and functional
connectivity analysis with group-level statistics on neurophysiological
data and task-related cognitive brain networks.

We were wondering whether it would be worth adding it to the the Related
software

web page of MNE-Python

It's fully compatible with MNE-Python and it has several features that
could be interesting for your projects, such as:

  * Single-trial and time-resolved Functional Connectivity measures (MI,
    Granger causality
  * Allows both whole-brain (EEG and MEG) and sparse (SEEG, ECoG and
    LFP) data
  * Single-participant and group-level statistical inference on
    single-area and FC measures (permutation cluster-based statistics,
    FDR, etc)
  * And much more :)

If you are interested in learning more, you can have a look at the
papers describing the statistical framework
