Ultimately, I would like to get a statistical map of where the source activation is, on average, statistically different between conditions across all the subjects. In other words, I would like to be able to say that "the estimated dipole at brain area x is significantly higher in condition A than condition B across all subjects." What is the most common way of doing this? I am aware of the tools for morphing the dipole estimates for each subject to a standard brain, but I didn't notice any mention in the Cookbook of functions for comparing activations between conditions. Are there standard functions for this, or do they have to be programmed from scratch?

Thank you very much for your help,

JohnMark
