How can I troubleshoot this?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Previously I used "pip install --upgrade --user" to install/upgrade the development version of MNE in my own folder. It worked at first but failed after I upgraded to pip 10.
