<div dir="ltr">I'd recommend posting these questions to Discourse as you're likely to get more responses that way. But in this case the problem appears to be that you plotted an `fsaverage` STC on o non-`fsaverage` brain. STC vertices are subject specific so
this won't work without doing some morphing (which you shouldn't need here most likely).

I am trying to plot the sources for event related EEG from our subjects. I used a forward model from fsaverage MRI to get a uniform forward model for all subjects.</div>

The alignment of EEG and MRI coordinates looks good, but the inverse solution shows sources not covering the whole brain.

I want to understand what happens if the EEG digitized points are not lying exactly on top of the skin/head surface while aligning EEG digitized points with MRI coordinates. I have aligned the fiducial points well, but some electrode points are in and some
