Hi Nadege et al,

I agree. I hope this can be a last word on the matter.

I've already written to Hongyu and we will be troubleshooting via private
email from here on out and posting a summary of troubleshooting steps and
solutions in a *single* email once the problem is resolved.

If we do encounter a substantial bug that may be of wider interest, we'll
reactivate this thread.

I apologize to anybody whose inbox has been cluttered by this detailed
troubleshooting account; we'll be quietly considerate from here on out.
