[Homer-users] Simultaneous display of raw data and stimulus condition

I downloaded a new Homer and am still not seeing the data at the same time as the stimulus marks. I went back to the user's guide to make sure "stimulus marks" was referring to marks indicating the start and stop of each condition change and I believe that it is.

I have attached a jpgof the figure I get when i check the stim box. It is not "marks" at all but bands of color, each color indicating a different condition. Nothing like the "marks" in the users guide which appear to indicate when the condition changes from one stimulus to another.

I also attached the desc of my variables that I forgot to attach last time

If someone has a sample NIRS file that is complete (sensor, source, data collected, t, s, etc.) I could load that and compare with what I'm getting.

Thanks!

Austin
