[Homer-users] run, session, group?

Hi,

My directory of .nirs files, just contains 10 files, 1 per subject. When I
run my analysis, shouldn't the group and the run analysis look the same,
since each subject only has one run? This is not the case. I am seeing
different plots for the Run HRF and Session HRF. Is Homer2 making some
assumptions and grouping several of the runs into the same session?
