Hi Ted,

Thanks for your reply.  I am relatively novice with Matlab code, but would
be interested to try and manipulate this 3D Certesian code - 10-20 so that
it works the other way around.  I think I should start with the SPM
register function you mention below.

Just out of curiosity, when you mention taking the landmark points, did you
have 3D digitizer data, or measurements between these landmarks?
