[Homer-users] Format of .nirs file and Sample Data

Hi Ute,

I assume you have your own measurements, hence d (raw data) and t. If you
need to add SD structure to your .nirs file, what I would do is to use
SDgui to create the SD structure. Once you addpath to HOMER, you can type
SDgui on command window. It is easy to create your own SD file. Than it
will automatically have all fields that you need. Also you can get 'ml'
from SD.MeasList. Aux is not the same as t. If you have any auxiliary
measurements they appear in aux. s is your stimulus vector with ones at
the onset of each stimulus. You need to create it if you don't have one.
