[Homer-users] Using HOMer with NIRx DYNOT system

Hi Everybody,

I am attaching the two files I developed. But I want to warn you that these
files were highly specific to my application but I have commented it well
enough so that you all can understand what I have done. You might have to
tweak in some (most) of the values in the program so please make sure that
you read the comment provided above the variable. I am sorry I could not
make my program more automated because well I was just trying out Homer for
the first time myself yesterday.
