[Homer-users] Atlas Viewer GUI

Hi all,

Is there documentation available on how to use the Atlas Viewer GUI? I'm
wondering what springs, anchors, and some other required input parameters
mean. I found some information in the Training Session 1 tutorial but some
kind of documentation would be helpful. Also, to create the forward model,
it looks like an external MC program must be run. Is there a specific
program I should be using for that? Any help would be appreciated. I'm
using the developer's version.
