Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this. I'm tryint to run a group average and have 2 questions.

1) Does the time epoch need to start pre stimulus? When I try to average from stimulus onset (ie 0) to 20 sec post stimulus I don't get any data for my group HRF. However if I run the same from -1 to 20 sec I get the group HRF, does anyone know why this might be?

2) when I run the group average I get this message: WARNING: tHRF for subject 4030 is larger than the common tHRF. What exactly does this mean and how can I fix it?

Many Thanks
Ute
