[Homer-users] head atlas registration to human subject

Hi,

I am wondering whether the code for atlas registration to human subject is
included in HomEr. These work have been published by Dr.Cooper in
NeuroImage 2012<http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1053811912005198>and
Dr.Custo
in NeuroImage 2008<http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1053811909007952#>

If it is not, does anyone know where I can find it?
