[Homer-users] GLM HRF script debugging

Hi all,

Similar to yesterday's issue I am now trying to debug the GLM_HRF_ShortSep_Drift function. Using breakpoints I found the culprit is a "y" array that is empty. y=[] for some reason.

Looking at the information at the top of the script, I find that "y - this is the concentration data with dimensions #time points x [HbO/HbR/HbT] x #channels". Where exactly is "y" coming from?
