[Homer-users] Question about configuring .cfg file

Dear Venkata,

Have you been able to run the example HomER data (not your Hitachi data)
successfully?

If so, I would suggest converting just the first 500 time points and see if
you still get an error.

Also, the Hitachi output sometimes has an output error for the time points
where sometimes the exact same time point (due to round off error and
significance) is used which causes errors in both HomER and NIRS_SPM.  You
might try replacing that column with one that has slightly different times
or an added degree of significance i.e. if it shows 0.1, 0.1, 0.2... make
it 0.10, 0.15, 0.20... .
