Dear Jared, Dear all,
sorry for the long silence on the promissed BIOPAC to Homer2 conversion script. I've been working on getting it ready to share and will upload it to a website towards the end of the week for everyone to download who would like access to it.
Sorry for the delay, I will email the Homer2 list a link as soon as it's ready to go
All the best
Ute

Hi, Ute. I did get the AtlasViewer to work. Are you aware of any method of converting the Biopac fNIR file format (NIR) to the Homer2 format (NIRS)?
Best,

Hi Jared
I'm writing to you in reply to your message to the homer2 email list. Have you managed to use Altasviewer to plot the configuration of your device yet? I used Homer2 a little witht he same device, and although I don't know to much about it I might be able to help with this early step.
Let me know if you still need help or if you managed to get it sorted
Cheerio
