Hi Meryem,

Thank you for your answer. After checking the code, I find there are
three reasons result in differnece:
1)Homer default DPF is [1 1], while DPF in Homer2 is [6.0 6.0].
2)If user don't set UsePathLengthCorr value, the progaram will regard
the distance is 1. While HOMER2 calculate the distance from SD data.
3)In my last data processing,Homer do filter on the rawdata, while
,homer2 do filter on the OD data.

Best wishes.
Jingping

Hi Jingping,

HOMER2 plots in microMs while HOMER plots in Ms. So you need to have a
difference in the order of 10-6. Since your HOMER shows numbers in 10-5 I am
guessing this could be due to your SD file units (in cm or in mm).
HOMER takes them as cm, while HOMER2 asks you what unit you have and
converts accordingly. Please double check this. Besides these two, there is
still a little variance between the two time series, maybe you can check the
individual codes (filtering etc) to see what makes this difference.

Hope this helps.

Meryem
