Point I. Jay hasn’t been able to recreate this issue.

Point II below has now been fixed in the SVN version from NITRC.

Point III. Just uncheck the "show run HRF" and you are then able to display the unaveraged time courses again with the ‘Raw’ “OD’ and “Conc” radio buttons again.
