Hi Zeph,
Thanks for finding and posting the problem.

Can you give the following details:

a) Which Matlab version you are using
(or indicate if running released executable)?

b) Version of AtlasViewer. Did you download the
latest developers version using SVN or the last
release?

c) Platform are you running on (Windows,
Linux, Mac?)
