[Homer-users] Homer2/Homer1 Differences

Hi all,

We are converting to Homer2 for preprocessing and we have been testing it with some data that has already been preprocessed using Homer1. In comparisons of the two, we are finding some differences in the results and I am wondering if anyone has any insight into why this might be the case. I have included a few plots comparing the Homer1 and 2 preprocessed data. Each plot shows optical density measurements for one probe. We are hoping to find the step in the preprocessing that is causing this difference, but we no longer have access to a machine that will run Homer1, so we are a bit limited on how extensively we can compare. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
