[Homer-users] AtlasViewer - possible bug in the Probe Placement Variation tool

Apologies if this has been reported elsewhere and I missed it.

I believe the Probe Placement Variation tool may be plotting a left-right flipped version of the brain - this becomes particularly evident when looking at the superior temporal gyri (the left STG is noticeably more plump than the right STG in the Colin atlas).

I must say that we find this to be an extremely useful tool, so many thanks to all involved in its development.
