[Homer-users] 16 Channel fNIR Anatomical Labeling of the PFC

Hi Caleb and Christina,

Have you tried the "project to cortex" option in AtlasViewer which draws a
line from the channel to the cortex and generates a window which gives the
anatomical labels and MNI coordinates for each channel (for the mid point
of the channel)?
