[Homer-users] homer1 vs homer2

Hi,

I am working on a project where I am reanalyzing data with homer2 that was preprocessed using homer1 but the signals look very different and I can’t seem to figure out what’s causing the discrepancy.

The raw data is the same so we are thinking it has something to do with preprocessing. I’ve attached the manual that I am using for preprocessing.
I’ve also attached graphs for a participant so you can get a sense of the difference. For Ss3, there are some channels that seem to have similar patterns when processed with homer1 and homer2, but there are some channels that look completely different.

In addition, the channels that look similar for homer1 and homer2 for this participant (e.g. ch13, ch16) look different for another participant (also attached - see Ss18)

Any suggestion is welcomed!
