I have a .nirs file (attached) that when I open in the StimGUI, gives me the error below. I am trying to open my .nirs file in the StimGui so that I can add StimMarks at specific times. Can someone please advise on how I can fix this error/why I am getting the error? 

On another note, I am using the hmr_DeconvTB_3rd function and was wondering if someone can please explain what the parameters of this function are and if it is possible to pass files as parameters into this function.

I appreciate any guidance that you can provide.
