[Homer-users] Installing Homer v2.2

On one laptop we got error in installation on Runtime. Diagnostics indicated problem with hard drive. Other computers indicate no problems with downloading both programs and installation of Runtime, but double-clicking the setup.bat file in Homer after unzipping produces the quick open/close of the setup file and nothing afterwards. The anticipated Homer/Atlas icons do not appear
