Hi everyone,
I’m trying to figure out how to perform the GLM analysis using Homer2.
The picture below was from the training session (April 16, 2014) on Youtube.

It was said that the parameters in paramsBasis represent delay, width, and stimuli duration. Why he chose the parameters [0.3 3 5] as the parameters? Particularly, how he determine the delay and width? Would the “delay” and “width” change if the stimuli duration changes (say 20 seconds)? And how?

Thanks!

Jason
