[Homer-users] Problem with Neonatal Head Models on AtlasViewer

Hello everyone,

I am trying to perform MC simulations on AtlasViewer using Neonatal Head
Models. However, I am not being able to do it properly. The Monte Carlo
simulations run for a while then it sops before concluding all simulations.
It appears that the tMCimg.exe stops to work.
The AtlasViewer gives me this message "Doesn't look like MC application is
executing. Please run it manually".
There is no problem when I use the Colin Atlas, so I believe that this
error is related to the neonatal head models. I already tried to updated
Homer to the last available version (homer2_src_v2_3_10202017).

Did someone have a similar problem? Does someone know how to run the
simulations manually?
