Hi Alex,

Sorry for my late response. Jay Dubb has fixed this issue. So please download the developer's version. Once you are done, open MATLAB and cd to homer directory, then run "setpaths" command (this is a homer function). Then try your regular steps. It should work.

Subject: [Homer-users] Image Recon error

        External Email - Use Caution

Good Afternoon Meryem,

Sure, I even tried it the Image recon function with a set of data that was provided by your lab (Ex7_Image_reconstruction/Image_recon_demo).

Here are the main steps I followed:

  1. Loaded the folder containing the group and subject data from Matlab (Matlab 2018a and also 2017b)

  2. Run AtlasViewerGUI

  3. Chose Subject1 as an example

  4. Registered atlas to dig pts and probe to surface

  5. Loaded the precalculate profile

  6. Calculate the Image Metrics

  7. Tried to load the Image Recon GUI (it does not load and it gives me the error).

As I mentioned before the update, the Image Recon GUI did at least open (however it did give me another error saying at least two wavelengths was needed, which I did not understand since the NIRS data included 2 wavelengths). Now the Image Recon GUI does not open at all.

Thank you Meryem

Alex
