[Mne_analysis] 'cannot assign label to a hemisphere'

Hi!

I created a label based on MNE activations (stc file) using 
mne_write_label_file:

The vertex numbers range 123 to 9416, corresponding to the mne sources.

When I try to load the label into MNE it says 'cannot assign label to a hemisphere'.
What can be the problem ?
