[Mne_analysis] Default electrode positions

Hi Matti,

We do have digitizer data for biosemi cap but it's been digitized with a
brainsight polaris system. That does give us fiducials plus electrode
positions; can that be easily warped to another subject's head? As Alan
says, we have standard positions as well.
